Shannon is one of Dr. Grant’s amazing assistants. She also assists our Orthodontist Dr. Lee when he comes to our office once a month. Shannon graduated from Red River College in 2012 obtaining her Level II Dental Assisting certificate and Orthodontic module. She started working at our office in 2014 and her caring attitude towards patients makes them feel at ease. She recently got married. They have a dog and 2 cats to keep them busy! Shannon is about to start a year long maternity leave, we are sad to see her go but happy to hear that her family is soon to be plus 1! We wish all the best to Shannon and look forward to her return.
Sarah graduated with honors from Thunder Bay Confederation College in 2008 obtaining her degree in Dental Hygiene. Right after graduation, Sarah worked with Dr. Grant at our Fort Alexander clinic and joined him at our Kildonan office in 2013. She is a very dedicated oral health care provider and enjoys sharing her knowledge with all of her patients. Sarah’s welcoming smile and outgoing personality are evident every day. She has 2 fur babies, Star and Cosmo, whom she loves and an amazing boyfriend she enjoys spending time with when not working.
Mays graduated with honors from School of Dental Hygiene, University of Manitoba in 2013. She joined Kildonan Place Dental Centre as a registered dental hygienist in 2014. Mays was unsatisfied with her Dental Hygiene Diploma so she decided to continue her studies in dental hygiene and successfully completed Her Bachelor's Degree of Dental Hygiene in 2016.
Her intense organization is only rivaled by her caring and friendly personality, she is passionate to help her patients maintain optimum dental health and beautiful smiles. . Besides enjoying her profession and being involved with the lovely staff at Kildonan Place Dental Centre, Mays also likes to travel and enjoys spending time with her husband and family.
Jennifer joined Kildonan Place Dental Centre in April 2015 as a registered Dental Hygienist. She graduated in October 2014 from the Toronto College of Dental Hygiene with honours. Jennifer is accessible for any questions or concerns that patients may have about maintaining a healthy mouth and is always willing to learn new techniques. In her free time she likes to travel, volunteer, work out and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
